Sentiment Strategies was founded by Cormac Kinney, who previously led quantitative teams as a portfolio manager at Millennium Investment Partners, Tudor Investment Corp., and Amaranth LLC.  Mr. Kinney serves as portfolio manager for the US and International Equity strategies, and Chief Investment Officer supervising development of the firm's ETF, high frequency, option and forex strategies.

Mr. Kinney has a Masters in Industrial Administration, with a concentration in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Industrial Management, also from Carnegie Mellon University.

Prior to focusing on the development of the firm's complex sentiment analysis technology, Mr. Kinney was the inventor of HeatmapsTM and founder and CEO of NeoVision Hypersystems, Inc., a leading financial analysis and trading software development firm.

NeoVision's investors included Intel Corporation, Deutsche Bank, Bear Stearns and Gateway Ventures, and the firm's clients included Bank of America Asset Management, Bear Stearns, Blackrock, Chase Manhattan, CIBC, Citibank, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Dresner, Fidelity, GE, Goldman Sachs, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Invesco, Janus, J.P.
